This luxurious vacation rental, "Casa Verde," is a stunning example of Antebellum-style architecture and one of the most sought-after homes on Tybee Island. With over 5049 square feet of living space, this three-story mansion boasts breathtaking views and a private pool. Located on Tybee Island, just a short distance from Savannah, Georgia, this home offers the perfect blend of city and beach life.
"Casa Verde" is situated next to the historic Tybee Island Lighthouse, providing guests with a unique opportunity to experience history while enjoying the modern amenities of this luxury home. The property is also within walking distance of the brand-new Tybee Marine Science Center, outdoor theater, and North beach grill, making it the perfect location for families and groups looking to experience everything the island offers.

With six bedrooms and five bathrooms, "Casa Verde" can accommodate the whole family easily, making it an ideal vacation home. The outdoor space is designed for relaxation, with a private pool, hot tub, and gas grill. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the ocean and watch large ships pass by Tybee Island while relaxing on the rooftop ocean view deck.
Inside the home, all three floors can be accessed by an elevator or an interior staircase. The home's top floor features a large central living room, a gourmet kitchen with a dining counter and a breakfast nook, a dining room, and an ocean-view suite (Bedroom #1) with a king bed and an attached full bathroom.

The middle floor boasts an additional living room, four-bedroom suites with private bathrooms, and a balcony overlooking the pool, the Tybee lighthouse, and the Atlantic ocean.
Bedroom #2 is on the northeast side of the home with a queen bed, a full private bathroom, and private access to the middle floor balcony.
Bedroom #3 is on the southeast side of the home with a king bed, a full private bathroom, and private access to the middle floor balcony.
Bedroom #4 is on the northwest side of the home with a king bed, desk workspace, full private bathroom, and private access to the middle floor balcony.
Bedroom #5 is on the southwest side of the home with a full bed, a large closet, and a full private bathroom.

The ground floor features a Billiard room and bedroom #6 with 4 twin beds and a queen bed, coined "the kid's room."
Pets are also welcome at "Casa Verde," making it the perfect choice for families who want to bring their furry friends along for the trip. However, please note that there is a 25lb limit for pets, and additional fees apply.

Beautiful home but there was still trash around the house and even though it sleeps 15 there were only enough towels for 8. Great outdoor space and the management company was super accommodating so definitely would stay again but attention to detail would be appreciated.

Casa Verde Christmas

This was my family’s 3rd Christmas on Tybee. My parents are in their 80s and this house was perfect. Literally right next door to the lighthouse, which is their favorite landmark. Definitely plenty of room for us all to be together and plenty of private locations for quiet time.The hot tub was not working, which was a big letdown for my sisters, but we were refunded for that, just disappointing.Overall the house was clean, I would have given 5 Stars on cleanliness, however, it was obvious that detailed cleaning isn’t done regularly (a lot of dust under couches, cobwebs hanging from ceilings and corners, filmy shower doors were the main violators). For the price of the house per night, I expected pristine cleaning.I would definitely stay here again. It is a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

When you pull up the map, this property is extremely close to the beach. What isn’t disclosed is the fact you have to use public beach access points only. North Beach entrance and Polk Street entrance are the closest access points allowed for the beach. Pretty disappointed with this information not being disclosed

Great Stay!

We stayed here for my sister's Bachelorette Trip, and it was great. There was plenty of room for everyone, everything was clean, and the elevator was SO helpful for getting groceries, bags, etc. up to the 3rd floor. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

It was fabulous. Plenty of room for my entire family. Great location. I wanted to book for the same time next year. However the price has increased so much for the same time next year that we can’t afford it. My family and I take a beach vacation every year and are looking for a place to visit annually. We will now have to look elsewhere which is disappointing

Great property and location for a large family vacation

We visited Tybee with our 5 children and their spouses and this house couldn't have worked out better!! Plenty of room for everyone, so many different sitting areas, a pool table (used nightly), and the pool area was THE place to be during the day (with the Jellies at the beach, the pool was a far better choice)! I would recommend this house to anyone staying on Tybee with an extra large group.

Family reunion

We met our three children and their spouses (eight adults in total) and our five grandchildren (aged 11 years to 18 months) at Tybee Island for a week-long family reunion. The Casa Verde bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, easily accommodated our extended family needs. The large open kitchen and family room was a common gathering place for our entire group. The house was in easy walking distance of the beach (about two blocks). Our stay included July 4th; the top balcony of the house offered a great view of local fireworks. We also enjoyed many hours in the house's pool. Savannah is just 15-20 minutes away by car, and we enjoyed a trolley tour of Savannah during our stay (highly recommended for those who have not visited Savannah previously). It was a great week, dampened (figuratively and literally) only by the high heat and high humidity. Nevertheless, with light breezes off the ocean, we enjoyed dinner on one of the balconies several evenings.

Wonderful family vacation

Can't say enough about this gorgeous house! Our entire family enjoyed the space of the home - plenty of rooms for everyone, and the decks and especially the pool ! Ocean can be viewed from the decks and the photo ops were amazing! Fun having the lighthouse in our "backyard!" The short walk to the beach was easy for even our smallest little ones. Perfect week!

Would not recommend

The house is beautiful but: - they pulled a dead rat out of the pool while we were there - the hot tub smelled like a dead fish and the people who went in have welts -the leaks in the roof led to water on the floor and my aunt slipping -we found three roaches in our rooms -the communication with the management company was gruff and poor quality -THEY LIE TO YOU ABOUT CHECKING IN. You cannot check in at 3 pm. We were told we were only eligible to “pick up our keys” at 3 pm where our “keys” were a door code. They did not release the envelopes until 3:01 am -Staff showed up at 9 am to turn over the property and told us to leave. The house is beautiful, proximity to the beach, but enough of a mess that I would not recommend this property

Amazing house. Tybee is a cute island. Was not aware that it would be difficult to get Ubers from the island to go to Savannah, so would recommend having a DD or reserving a taxi to shuttle for a group. Otherwise house was great- too cold for pool and no heater, but used the hot tub. Bugs/mosquitos were bad.

Perfect 50th bday celebration

Beautiful, spacious, great location. We had 9 adults and a baby with us. My Mother-in-law uses a walker and the elevator and space perfectly accommodated it. My adult children and 1 year old granddaughter all had a wonderful time. The roof top deck gave gorgeous views of sunrise and sunset. We were easily able to head to Savannah a couple times as well. It was a perfect way to celebrate my 50th birthday with all my children. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Home and Great Location

This house is amazing, especially for large groups. Bedrooms are very nice, and insulated from the gathering spaces, so people can do their own thing. Very well equipped, and nicely furnished. We will definitely be back.

Bachelor Party Getaway

We had a great time at this house! Plenty of room for our large group with great amenities! We loved the local spots on Tybee Island but it’s also not too far from downtown Savannah, so it was the best of both worlds. Super easy check in and out, we’re already talking about making another trip here again soon!

Each year myself and 11 other friends pick a destination to meet for our annual girls trip. We were very pleased with the Casa Verde. Home was very nice, lots of space both indoors and outdoors to enjoy, perfectly located to the North beach entrance, the Lighthouse was literally in our back yard which was very cool and it was just a short drive into Savannah. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Large Home

Beautiful home, very spacious. The photos are representative. Simple process. A few issues. Large wasp nest on porch, technician responded quickly. The dishwasher did not work and the technician could not repair; had to hand wash all dishes. Problem with large main refrigerator in kitchen that had problem cooling. We had problem igniting the grill by pool. The hot tub had a strange odor, and small white specs floating around; so only one out of ten chose to use the hot tub.

Great girls weekend location!

The house was amazing! We had 12 of us staying for a long weekend girls trip. There was plenty of space for everyone to gather together but also have privacy when needed. The kitchen was also fully stocked with any glassware, platters & utensils which is rare in a beach house! They also had a number of mini fridges throughout perfect for bottled water & cans + an ice maker. They really thought of everything. We loved the balconies & the pool. The location was excellent to the beach! And we even got to watch fireworks on the roof to close out our stay. We were obsessed with this beach house & would love to rent it again!

Amazing Home

Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay at this beautiful house. The bedrooms were so cozy and inviting and the decks surrounding the house had amazing views and ocean breezes for all to enjoy. We rented a large golf cart to shuttle to the beach with our chairs and coolers and enjoyed a dip in the pool after a warm day at the beach. Just when we thought it couldn't get any better, its time for the sunset and we are on the rooftop decks to capture a photo. The only disappointment was no spices for cooking,, not even salt and pepper. It Is difficult as a traveler to have to pack spices in your suitcase.

Awesome spot

Beautiful house with a fantastic view. Plenty of room, bathrooms and bedrooms are clean and spacious. The Third Floor dinning area is fantastic and the pool and game room on the first floor are awesome. Highly recommend!!

Great home for big families!

There were 12 of us. This house was perfect. Room for everyone to have fun and also to have their own space. The elevator was a God send as the kitchen and family area is on the top floor. Convenient to beach, grocery and the view if lighthouse was great! Lots of porches for sitting. The only thing I can find to complain about was the patio set on the top floor was so uncomfortable that we could not set in it. There was two table & chairs out there that were fine. The Oceanfront Cottage Co. we're great to work with. Brian and Brandon that work for them were wonderful to work with.

Perfect house for wedding party!

The house was even better than we could have expected. It was nicely decorated and stocked and very clean. We rented it for my daughter’s wedding and the wedding party stayed there. There were 7 couples and they had a great time! It was nice having the elevator especially to bring in groceries. The location is ideal and the rental company was great to deal with. We couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience!

A wonderful week

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect set up for A large family. Enough space to allow for virtual working/school peeps to be productive while allowing others to enjoy pool or kitchen. Dining room allowed for big group dining which was perfect during Covid as we cooked most meals. Fantastic location and amenities- pool/hot tub/pool table all used and enjoyed. Highly recommend:)
