We loved how close we were to the beach. The units were clean, the beds were comfortable. We had enough room to gather comfortably inside. We had plenty of parking.

Great Location- 4 Separate Units

We found property management very responsive to all of our needs. I bought a mop & cleaning supplies to mop the floors on day 2 to figure out the rugs were needing serious cleaning. Crawling baby had black knees on first day. Sofa springs were very uncomfortable on our backs and hips! Beds were very comfortable. Plumbing issue addressed next day due to parts needed. Gate needs repairs. TLC would do wonders to make units better for the high price paid. Easy walk to park and beach. We would possibly stay their again.

A few suggestions

Overall it was a good place to stay. It could use a little updating. Downstairs units should have an adjoining door to connect units. Washer/dryer area updated locks for security, I noticed one of the beds was propped up with cinder block, and dishwasher in first unit needs to be replaced. I didn't check other units. I loved the separate kitchens.

Tybee Island Home

Inside of house is as described and is in decent shape. Outside of property, is in horrible condition. It is not just a standard maintenance, but longer-term items are just kept laying around in a very small space making it impossible to enjoy the outside of this property. We had younger kiddos and could not allow them to even play in the fenced back yard due to the construction items and trash that has been accumulating over a period of time.

A week at Tybee Island

I sent a review to Southern Belle about the house. Overall, we were happy with the place. I commented on the cosmetics of the units and suggested maybe sprucing up the furniture and rugs, etc. It was clean just a tad old and dingy looking. The kitchen supplies could have been better and more organized. It was obvious that items had been moved around from unit to unit. We did spend some time rearranging and matching up items in unit one and two. Just for example, unit one had three nice lids for bowls and all three bowls were in unit two. Measuring cups, etc. were here and there and not complete. Silverware was slim as we had fifteen people eating at all meals. Paper plates were a necessity Just some supplies that you could suggest to future renters. I am sure most people eat out, but if not, things were slim. A few broken things that we were able to fix or manage with, could be fixed prior to renting again. Outdoor shower in unit two was broken and greatly needed. Overall, we had fun.

Great family getaway

We had 4 family units rented the entire house. Everyone had their own bath and privacy. WE could easily gather. The place is very close walk to the beach, and the management was attentive!
