Great Location

Super short drives everywhere. 5 minute walk to great coffee & pizza spot. 15 minute walk to beach. Property was very clean & as advertised.

The condo was clean and nice. It’s located conveniently to the beach and not far from Savannah. The only thing I would warn guests about is, at least the time of year we were there in October, acorns were falling from a tree onto the upstairs deck, creating a noise downstairs that took us a while to figure out. It was a little bit disconcerting the first evening we were there until we figured it out the next day.

Great Stay

Wonderful time. We had a very pleasant stay while visiting our daughter in Tybee. Everything was extremely clean and had all the amenities we needed. Perfect for my husband and I and our son. We would stay here again for sure.

Immaculate Rental

We loved our stay here. The unit is in great shape and was very comfortable. It was also in close proximity of restaurants and shops and just a couple minute drive to the beach.

Spotless , well equipped unit. Nice to have parking 'at the front door'. Very quick responses from property manager to any of our questions. Only a 10 minute walk to beaches and restaurants.

Great place!

We loved our stay! The description of the rental was very accurate. Unit was very clean and well stocked (maybe a deck of cards/board game/sand toys would be a good addition). The pool is in the south beach area not north beach where Lazy Hammock is. Needed a pot holder and 3 were left on our doorstep. We have stayed at many rentals and Lazy Hammock is by far one of our top 5 with the hammock being a favorite spot to rest!

Tybee Visit

This property was exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we would ever need. Having TVs in every room PLUS in two separate living rooms was a very nice bonus. We felt completely safe and at home at this location. IF there is one thing I missed, it would be a full length mirror placed somewhere in the house. Otherwise, this home exceeded all our needs.

Clean, quiet, relaxing

This is a great property in a quiet residential neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for making breakfast & dinner including a charcoal grill in the backyard. Nice appliances like stainless steel fridge & dishwasher, glass top stove & full size washer & dryer. The bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep & the outdoor furniture perfect for relaxing after along day of site seeing. There’s some restaurants, bars and a few shops within walking distance & North Beach & the lighthouse are just under a mile away. South Beach & downtown Tybee a short 5 min drive. Communication with the property manager was excellent. They responded quickly to any questions I had before & during our stay.The property is well maintained & clean. It really is a beautiful place & very roomy. Would love to stay here again.

This place looked like a brand new home inside, it was spotless and beautiful. Everything we needed was there. Could not have asked for a better place to stay, walkable to the north beach. Management company texted to make sure we did not need anything and were very easy to communicate with. Great place to Stay!!!!

Great place to stay

This property was perfect for us. It had everything we needed to cook breakfast every morning. The property was exactly as listed. It was very clean. The property manager even checked in with us to make sure there wasn't anything we needed. It was very close to everything, but still in a quiet neighborhood. We would stay here again.
