Welcome to Sea Tybee, a bright and breezy retreat located just one block from the beach on Tybee Island, Georgia. This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation home sleeps up to eight guests and is the perfect setting for a fun-filled family getaway. Located just one block from the beach and within easy walking or biking distance to Tybee’s “Downtown” shops, restaurants, Tybee Pier and Pavilion, it is perfectly positioned for a memorable family getaway.

Inside, the home offers a comfortable and casual atmosphere with plenty of space for families or groups to relax and unwind. Enjoy peaceful community views from the balcony, kick back in the cozy living room with smart TVs, or prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with cookware, appliances, and a dining area perfect for group gatherings. A washer and dryer are also included for added convenience.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed, a mounted flat-screen TV, and access to a bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. Very nice beach house. Close to beach and grocery store. Check in was easy. Nice large kitchen with lots of dishes, pans and utensils. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer and dryer. Had everything our family needed. Enjoyed our stay.

The property has an exceptional location which is a plus, considering you can walk pretty much everywhere you need. I think bath on second floor needs some updates and beds a little bit noisy but overall the experience was great.

Great for a family trip

We enjoyed the house and it was everything we needed for our trip. It’s super close to the grocery store which was really nice and a short stroll to the beach. Be prepared to walk up and down a lot of steps in this house which wasn’t the best idea seeing we have a 1.5 year old. But hey it’s a two story beach house. The floor’s definitely could use a better cleaning but overall that’s my only complaint. We would stay here again given the opportunity.

We loved our first visit to Tybee. The island was lovely and easily navigated. My husband and daughters were looking forward to escaping the winter doldrums of PA and Cincinnati. Your home was fabulous..very clean and extremely well stocked in the kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the decor of the house was happy and fun.
