The house was fine, clean and in good condition. It was a bit of a challenge communicating with the property manager, as they would send text messages that I could not respond to. So I had to communicate via the VRBO app, which is fine, but a bit slow. I would prefer that if a property manager is going to text me that it be from a live number that can receive responses.Fortunately, we did not need a lot of communication as everything in the house worked well, save for the supports under the bed in one of the rooms, which collapse once anyone climbed onto the bed.
