Lighthouse Point – 3rd Floor Beachfront Condo

Relax and unwind at this 3rd-floor unit with stunning views of the beach. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, while the guest bedroom offers two twin beds—perfect for accommodating up to four guests. Covered parking is included for your convenience. The elevator makes it nice for unloading.

Located on Tybee Island’s quiet north end, Lighthouse Point sits directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy calm waters, perfect for watching dolphins play, shrimp boats pass, and ships make their way to port.

This gated community offers private beach access, tennis courts, a community grill, and three pools—a large 45x25 ft pool, a 50x20 ft pool, and a kid-friendly 18x10 ft pool. Explore nearby attractions, including the Tybee Lighthouse, Tybee Museum, and Jaycee Park, all just minutes away.

Stays longer then 30 days, October - March, there is additional cleaning fee. Please inquire for details on pricing.

Great location/scenery. Parking gate access was run thru/broken day one of our stay and was never fixed....FYI open access ???Our unit '35C' was quaint. No ceiling fans, and very small commodes...however was great to find the "luggage caddy" at the elevator. FYI: Power went out once for about 30 minutes...however the battery backup in the digital lock was working well [nice job]... 9/10 score :-) Thank you again.

I liked the location of the property but I was disappointed in the amenities. Everywhere I have stayed before provided little things like coffee and creamer. This placed offer nothing in extras. What was with the bird feathers in the rooms? Did a bird fly through? Cleaning staff didn’t see them? Do better!

Great location, expensive through Vrbo

This is a super apartment, very clean, and amazing views.However, Vrbo booking, cleaning, and service fees are ridiculous. I'll only.book through local companies in the future. Condo 5 stars, Vrbo 4 stars, hence the 4 stars.

Basic lodging for a few nights

Check in was easy and the property was accurately represented in the photos. There were however several disappointments - 1. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The queen felt like sleeping on plywood.2. When taking a shower and doing a quick load of laundry, the sulfur smell was overwhelming that we had to open the sliding doors to air out the place as there are no fans except the kitchen.3. Given this is a rental that included a kitchen and not a hotel we expected some basics to be provided such as salt and pepper, cleaning products in the event of a mess/spill and pam/oil. But those were not provided.4. I do not expect top of the line cookware but at least functional. The frying pan was bent and did not sit properly on the burner.

Beautiful view

Love the location. The view is beautiful and love the balcony all kinds of room. It was the little things that were a little disappointing. No coffee, no hair dryer, and not even one detergent pod. The cleaning was adequate, but the floors need a very good cleaning. We enjoyed our stay, and I would return to the property.

Amazing sunset and sunrise views from the balcony

Amazing place right on the beach you can wash the sunset in the sunrise like you're sitting out on the boat only a 2 minute walk to the beach very convenient to everything can't go wrong

Wonderful location

These condos are right on the beach near the lighthouse, where the beaches are quieter. We had a fantastic view from our terrace and it was large enough to have dinner outside and enjoy the view. Be warned that parking spots are tight--we had an Odyssey van and it was very tight. Nice to have 2 parking spots, though!. Also, be advised that toiletries are sparse, so you should bring your own supplies if staying a while--shampoo, etc. Those are really my only negatives--fantastic pool, great location on the beach, family friendly--I would definitely rent here again.

The stay was over all a good experience. The only issue we had was we were given the incorrect card for the gate into the community. The manager respond and we were able to get the correct card for the gate shortly. The condo was clean and nice. Would stay there again

Beautiful week

We loved Tybee and found 35C a comfortable place to stay. The proximity to the quiet beach and bike path made it ideal for us. We would stay in Lighthouse Pointe again!

Relaxing Vacation

Property was clean and was in a good location just outside of the busier main strip. Beach was wide and clean and due to location not as crowded as other beaches on the island. Saw dolphins each day swimming just off the beach. Watching the large cargo ships from our balcony as they entered the Savannah Port was a relaxing way to pass the time when were weren’t on the beach. Being a short drive to Savannah was nice too.

The location is fabulous. However cleaning is obviously an issue. And roaches were everywhere

The location is fabulous. However cleaning is an issue , I had to mop the floors 3 times in a row, the bathtub was dirty. So I cleaned the shower in the other bedroom and we used that one. I washed all the covers we were using, and I put all the dishes in the dishwasher to wash because there were roaches crawling everywhere . I bought groceries but honestly we ate out costing extra money. We just felt it was gross even after me cleaning.. other than that I would love to stay again if it were CLEAN and sterilized.

We rented this place in particular because it was in the building with the elevator and we have 9 month old twin girls. We were on the top floor and the elevator was broken... and apparently has been since 2018. There is no gate opener because there is no gate, the refrigerator wouldn’t stay shut (even completely empty) and it smelled funny. The location was the only plus and we enjoyed how easy it was to check in.

Great beach Get-Away

This condo is in a moderate size complex right at the NE point of Tybee Island. Nice wide deck offers great view of inlet and ocean for Savannah River to watch boat and shipping traffic. Beach access is easy and the beach is very nice. You're a quick drive from the lighthouse, restaurants, and other local attractions. Only a 20 minute drive in to Savannah. The condo itself is tidy, cozy, and well furnished. Beds comfy, great wifi, and decent cable. If you plan to cook regularly during your stay, bring a supply of seasonings and a good chef's knife. Pots, pans, and utensils well stocked. Also bring trash bags and extra dishwasher detergent. Checkout is easy. Not too fussy with what you must do before leaving. We look forward to staying here again!
