Would stay again!

The stay was amazing! This was our second time around north Tybee and the place was perfect! The bed is incredibly soft, the views are amazing, and it’s very peaceful and cozy.

Beach front Oasis

this apartment was a perfect stay while working in Savannah. It's small but well laid out. furnishings are very cute and beach and well taken care of. The lock box was not my favorite but that was the only thing that wasn't perfect about this place.

Needs Attention!

Please note that the unit is very small at only 490 sq ft! You have to walk the length of 2 apartment buildings to get to the elevator which does not go to the ground floor. There are no luggage carts and you’ll need to hike up 23 stairs to this unit! It was exhausting trying to load and unload! The fan in the bedroom does not work unless the lights are on so you’ll need to take the bulbs out if you want the fan on while you sleep. The sliding door to the balcony needs attention. You have to lean in and push very, very hard to get it to opened or closed. The sink in the bathroom is not completely clogged but has very slow drainage. On the bright side it was clean and had a fantastic view.

This is our third stay at this complex. We absolutely love the location. The stars of the show are of course the dolphins. This year there was also a friendly Great Blue Heron. This condo was perfect for two people. The bed was very comfortable, and all appliances and air conditioning worked well. If you want to spend time on the balcony at night, I would suggest bringing a citronella candle. Absolutely love this part of Tybee Island. We will be back.

That was very nice

It was a very nice place to stay for the week . I would not have any more than two people . The only complain I would have would be the sliding glass door . It took everything had to close it and open it .

Dolphin watch

Great view BUT very dated building! Arrived late and it was a process to figure out where to go to get the key out of lockbox then go back to the gate to get access to building. You will need to carry luggage up the stairs to the condo. It is very small so no more than 2 people. Everything needs updated. Bed was horrible, toilet wobbles, kitchen faucet loose. You also have to pull a big dirty stick out of the sliding door to open it. Won’t make the mistake of staying there again. Price wasn’t terrible so I should have known it was a dump.
