Great location

We loved being just a few blocks away from the beach and so many great shops and restaurants on Tybee. A few things on the house need attention: some uneven steps that were hazardous for little ones and elderly alike, the downstairs bath didn't have a bath mat or grab bar - again, hard for the older ones. But, all in all, we loved the big porch, having room for everyone to stay together and loved our time there.

Another great stay at Tybee!

We spent a week at the property and had a great experience. Plenty of room for 5 adults on our trip. House was clean, large, and the various porches were very nice. We were able to have several meals and general relaxing time on the main level porch which is quite large. We probably should have spent more time on the upper level porches which sure are nice for some quiet reading time. The downstairs closet adjacent to parking area was great for storing our beach stuff. Location is great as not on the busy main road and a short, easy walk straight down 17th ST to the beach. Multiple restaurants within a several minute walk. Plenty of parking which is nice considering the cost and challenge to find parking during busier times on Tybee. If staying for more than a couple of days suggest bringing a few items such as laundry pods, extra paper towels, etc. We had a few minor things come up and the management company was very responsive.If available, would definitely stay again.

Lovely, and the LOCATION!

This home was clean, beautiful, and was in a perfect location. We were able to walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We parked our car on the first day and never needed to drive while we were there! Would definitely stay again!
