Spring 2024 is almost sold out...let us know if you have any questions but we don't recommend waiting to book. (Even if you don't book our place) There are a lot fewer vacation rentals on Tybee Island due to new City restrictions on rentals.

- This is an entire house, not a condo.

-New professionally designed living/dining furniture

- Xbox One plus many games & wireless controllers

- Brand new appliances December 2023

-Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of Tybee Island.

- 15 minutes to historic Savannah

- Brand new 75 inch Vizio Television

-5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and Tybee's only grocery store.

-Super-fast wifi provided by Xfinity.

- High thread-count bedding...not the cheap "recycled water-bottle" sheets from the online discount places.

- 5 beds/ 4 bedrooms. House sleeps 10.

-Beach towels, chairs (new) umbrella, boogie boards & 2 beach trolleys provided.

-Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, modern bathrooms & comfortable beds.

-100+ first run DVDs

- Atari Retro Game Console with 120 classic games for kids & adults

-Open rocking chair porch in the front and very large screened in porch facing east.

- All bathrooms are supplied with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

-Brand new heating and cooling system. No noisy window-mount air conditioners.

Perfect location
The house was clean, comfortable and perfectly located. So easy to get around on our rented golf cart. It's just around the corner from a great beach access but really not far from any access point. Easy to get to restaurants and shopping. Kitchen is stocked well. We made breakfast every morning. Plenty of towels and plenty of room. The owners were wonderful to communicate with and very accommodating. Great house! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home
May 9th through May 15th. We were a group of four sixty two year old women who make a girlfriend trip for a week in May every year. This trip was our 9th trip together. We always like to stay somewhere by the ocean. This was by far the nicest place we've stayed in. The kitchen was amazingly stocked with basically anything you need. As we always cook breakfast and a couple meals on our trips were also very pleasantly surprised on the amount of spices. It was nice to not have to pick when maybe use once. There are two outside decks with plenty of comfy seating, The back one has a very nice table for sitting and eating outdoors and is screened in. Downstairs, there's a gas grill with tanks. A large counter and sink with another table for eating down stairs. There is also an outdoor shower for getting all the sand off of you when you come back from the beach. There are plenty of wagons, beach chairs. And things for you to take down to the beach. In the living room, you'll find a huge tv above a cabinet FULL of movies. There's a gaming system on a tv upstairs. Just about every bedroom, had a TV. And they have very good instructions for everything. The house is absolutely gorgeous inside. Everything is just so nice. cleanest place we've stayed at. The only thing to know is that there are stairs to the main floor so if you have heavy suitcases be prepared. That's just how it is on the island you have to be up off the ground. You will not be disappointed highly recommended

Perfect Island Retreat
Thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful decor, huge screened porch, abundance of amenities, and quiet location within a short walk to the beach and excellent seafood restaurants. The owners’ recommendations were spot on, and much appreciated were their beach worthy wagons, chairs, towels and umbrellas. We’ll be back. Thank you!

Beautiful and relaxing
We came to relax and enjoy a couple days with friends and this was the perfect place to do it. Absolutely love the balcony deck with it being enclosed, it was a perfect place to drink coffee and relax. It's close to the beach and quiet, very clean. Would definitely stay again

Great House
Great house with plenty of room. The only thing we did not expect was for the master bedroom to not have a closet , or to not have access to it. No where to really hang our clothes as the armoire had a shelf right under the hanging pole. But we made it work and had a blast. The house had everything we could possibly need or want. I would definitely rent it again.

Great Stay!!
Our stay went smooth...the house was beautiful, it had everything we needed. We were in a quiet neighborhood, but close enough to walk to the beach and downtown. My family and I had the best time on Tybee Island. Doug and Cathy were great host, responding quickly when we had questions. I would highly recommend them and their home.

Fabulous
Excellent stay, no surprises. Our 3 generation family of 6 really enjoyed Doug and Cathy's comfortable, well equipped, and clean home. It was close to Savannah for visits, close to the beach, and Fort Pulaski and still in a quite setting. We all enjoyed our stay. A place to experience wonderful sunrises and sunsets. We highly recommend staying here.
