For the price the hotel was decent. The elevator hadn’t been swept during our entire stay (3 days) as there was a chunk of glass in the same corner everytime we got on along with dirt. You can tell the building needs a little TLC but the beds were comfy and appeared clean. The pool was closed so that was a disappointment. I would stay again for the price though.

Our room was clean and comfortable. We called the hotel to let them know we would be there around 1am. They had everything ready for us when we arrived. The lady at the front desk was so polite and nice. We didn’t have breakfast because we slept in because the bed was so comfortable.

The room was clean which is th most important thing. But the pool was out of order and thats the whole reason we came, we were so bummed out. And our shower head wasnt working right, water went everywhere but where it was supposed to. It was a safe area and an okay stay, just not what we were expecting

The outside door was not secured. It was zip, tied open where people could come in and out. No security was available, did not feel safe in my hotel. The pool was closed, but clearly look was working. The room had an odor and then there was a ozone machine inside a room like they were trying to cover up the smell, but it was very potent and pungy

The room had mold on the curtains and lamp, and the hotel A/C didn't work very well. The pool and hot tub were also closed. The overall stay was decent, nobody bothered us.It was fairly clean and the breakfast was substandard.

Overall, our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very hospitable and helpful, the room was very, very cozy, and the morning breakfast was warm and delicious. My only complaint was the pool and spa were closed, and half the gym equipment was out of order. I am sure it will be repaired soon.

The WiFi and internet were not working, so our phones and Fire TV Stick were unable to connect and be used. We also originally booked for 2 nights; however, we had to miss the first night, and when we tried to check in for the second night, they cancelled our entire stay, and we had to pay for an additional night. So I paid for 3 nights, and only received 1.
