Hot tub wasn’t working. We weren’t told when we checked-in. Room smell like smoke, was supposed to be non smoking. Got refund and found other accommodations.

Everything was wonderful, it was very clean. My kida loved the pool and hot tub and the staff was wonderful!! This is the second year that we have stayed in this hotel on spring break. We love it!

The facility was old, but clean. The staff was incredible. The wi-fi was abysmal. If you're just looking for a clean place to lay your head, then I highly recommend it. If you're looking for a resort experience, look elsewhere. It was good value for the money. As a techie, the wifi made me want to strangle someone though. Breakfast was eggs, biscuits, gravy, waffles, yogurt, and juice- the same every day.

The location was good. The staff seemed friendly but not engaged. They didn’t really seem like that they cared. The toilet seat in our bathroom was so loose it almost fell off. There was a great deal of mold in the shower. The hot tub was not working and the pool was out of service for several hours during the day time due to cleaning and didn’t reopen until 5pm. Prime dinner time. Clean the pool at a better time.

I had a 4-day reservation. When I checked in, the desk clerk neglected to tell me that there was no hot water. When I went downstairs the next morning for breakfast, a different desk clerk told me there was still no hot water and would likely be none that day. She offered to refund the cost of my remaining 2 nights and to give me a discount on the 2 nights I was there. I moved to a different hotel. There were other things wrong with my room -- the toilet ran non-stop; the TV mount was broken and couldn't safely be rotated so I could watch from the sitting area; and the room was very dark because most of the fixtures were missing a bulb. I will say the breakfast was good and the hotel was quiet.

Front desk staff was amazing. She made checking in a breeze and was so kind! Rooms were nice and my kiddos ate good breakfast in the morning. Also the indoor pool was a plus for the kids!

This property is in serious need of some attention and maintenance. We chose this hotel over others because of their fitness room. As it turned out, the treadmill was broken, the elliptical was missing (likely broken), and the bike was so wobbly and rickety that we did’t dare try it. So the fitness room was unusable. The ice machine on our floor was broken, as well. In our room, the hook on the bathroom door had been pulled out leaving holes and missing paint behind. The same for the hair dryer holder. The dryer was just lying on the bathroom counter. The whole experience left us feeling like there is no effort being put into this property and wondering how that might effect the cleaning, as well. We will never stay there again.
