Welcome to the Sapphire, this Duplex will surely delight your visual senses as you walk into a soothing sea of BLUE (Sapphire). We are less than 1 mile distance to two major hospitals, and many eating establishments. Tyler, TX has much to offer. Enjoy.
The space
Midtown location close to Hospitals and not far from Downtown activities.
Guest access
The 3/2 duplex apartment with its private parking spot. Personal inclosed fenced area is available for pets.
Other things to note
potential noise from other guests in attached duplex. Not suitable for small children.

Very nice duplex

We really enjoyed our stay at Sapphire. The house was very clean, kitchen was well stocked, bedding comfortable and nice linen and bath had wonderful amenities and displayed attractively. Large tv’s and great internet. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible to many things. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this VRBO rental to others. Thank you for the quick response to all questions I had, very good communication.
