Ty Traeth (The Beach House) is a comfortable, stylish, and recently modernised beachfront property, offering the perfect base for a relaxing coastal break at any time of year. With uninterrupted views across Cardigan Bay and a prime seafront location, it's ideal for couples, families, and outdoor enthusiasts alike.

This unique upside down house features the living areas upstairs to make the most of the sea views.

Fully fitted kitchen with 5-ring range cooker, double oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Ninja air fryer, kettle and toaster

Bright and spacious lounge with feature fireplace, carpeted flooring, 3-seater sofa and armchair

Private balcony with breath taking views over the sea

Ground Floor

Two spacious double bedrooms (one with a king-size bed)

Quality wooden wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside tables in both bedrooms

Bathroom with bath and shower over, plus glass shower screen
