Late-Afternoon meal needed re-cooking after not being cooked to requested quality.
On return to hotel after a theatre show, found the bar already closing at 22:20 - rather early.
Room was basic but clean enough. Bathroom radiator was very tatty, spoiling otherwise clean bathroom.”

“Radiator not working so room was cold, tap on bath rattling and water spurting out took ages to fill bath. Shared room with a dozen ladybirds..canteen downstairs never open. Unlocked and unsafe left luggage hall.i came fownstairs a few times about radiator in the night and noonf on reception rang number on desk but it wasnt regonised. Reception not manned at all times.. the room was big and lovely and location good.”
