「Our room was on the 2nd Floor with no elevator, but we made it (age 70+) with our luggage with relative ease. Parking was free and easy. The room was well appointed, clean and cool (during an extreme heat wave). The location is walking distance from shopping, restaurants and the waterfront. Kristen and all of the other staff were pleasant and engaging! We’ve stayed at several other Beaufort hotels but this may be our new favorite!」

「The staff were very helpful and accommodating; however, the hotel rooms are in serious need of updating. The furniture is outdated, and the air conditioners leak, leaving the carpets beneath them wet and creating a damp, mildew-like odor throughout the room. The excess moisture and standing water also appear to attract large water bugs, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was underwhelming, with limited options and overall quality that did not meet expectations....

「iWe did not like the property at all. first thing we noticed was the pool, no water and dirty, the place looked run down. almost looked like no one was there and shopping carts in the parking lot. 「Staff was very pleasant and the room was decently cleaned. I did have a smoking room and it was very strong. A deeper clean for the room is recommended. Also my keys demagnetized which was frustrating but easily fixed. Air conditioner was decent but I do feel it needs to be upgraded as it didn’t cool the room but it made it comfortable.」
