“Staff was somewhat responsive.
They moved us to a quiet room from the initial room allocated which was nice.
We requested to book a scooter that they said they would book and get in 5 minutes because we had an appointment that we had to get to in 15 minutes. We were checking in and coordinating delays to the appointment. After 30 minutes I asked where the scooter was and the place they called was out of scooters, but they didn't notify me. It took another 20 minutes before we got a scooter. It……

“This was like an apartment style stay, but a much more cooler experience. The suites are very nicely designed, spacious, and comfortable. The entire staff was very friendly, attentive & accommodating with round the clock reception customer service. It’s also at a walkable distance from the beach & cute shops. We will definitely stay here again when we plan a trip to Bali!”

“Loved our experience here. Staff very friendly and helpful. Paid extra for breakfast and it was really good breakfast served daily with option of having it served in room or to have it on the rooftop.
Villa looked exactly like the photos. Would definitely stay here again. And very quiet, not much noise during night which was also very good.
Very pleasant experience. Daily house keeping. Loved the vibes here. Great for families too and supermarket and good restaurants nearby/ within walking……

“Absolutely spotless, lovely big room, fantastic rooftop pool, amazing staff.
The downsides are: there's no soundproofing for the apartment door, so every person walking past in flip flops can be heard clipping past. We asked for towels to push under the door as we were by the stairs.
There's no lift. So be prepared to walk up steep concrete stairs.
The building is still very much under construction, so any room on one side is met at the window with scaffolding, very little natural light……
