“The staff was super friendly and apartment was overall very clean. The only challenge was there is no lift and our apartment was on 3rd floor. Okta was excellent helping us to checkin early morning 4am and also during checkout. I would recommend this apartment. The location was excellent right in the middle of Ubud centre and around tourist attractions so easy access by walk.”

“The stay was ok. Staff were friendly and was always ready to offer assistance. And garden was maintained and cleaned. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean but could require more attention to detail. We stayed during christmas season, and understood that it is the busy season. When we arrived, one of our rooms were not ready yet and have to wait an hour after expected check_in time. It was ok, however, we were tired after a long flight. And waiting for a room that you would expect to……

“First of all, while this was a nice hotel overall, it was nowhere near the 9.6 rating I saw when I booked it. For a short stay, it can be a practical option, especially for families or larger groups who need two rooms, a kitchenette, cooking facilities, and a washing machine. However, I would not particularly recommend it for solo travelers who prefer something newer, more modern, or more stylish. The building and facilities are clearly not new. “The property staff were really nice and welcoming. Room was clean but sheets were not that clean. Check in was smooth and breakfast was amazing !”

“Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I……
