"Great hotel, would stay here again. The pool is incredible, great breakfast options and the restaurant is right on the beach. Great hotel for children with kids menus, kids club, shallow areas in the pool and cots and baby bath provided in the room. We stayed in a one bedroom residence and the hotel provided a cot and a roll away bed for our 1.5 and 4.5 year olds. "

"I stayed here for 5 nights in early September as a solo female traveler- I felt completed safe, comfortable, and simply happy at this beautiful and extremely well-maintained property. The grounds are extremely well-kept (pool area, lobby, rooms, hallways, etc). The staff were beyond welcoming every time you saw them, and they were always ready with a smile to help with any requests. You can tell this is a well-trained staff in hospitality! Julio at the front desk was especially helpful and always had such a warm and kind smile. He went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and feel at home. He even offered to bring my food delivery to my room so I wouldn’t have to be bothered with coming downstairs when it arrived- so considerate! Actually, all the staff were amazing! The rooms are new, beautifully decorated, cozy, modern, and well-stocked. I even had a slight view of the ocean being on a higher floor. Everything you need in the kitchen was provided and there are multiple water machines on each floor. Location is excellent in a quieter area of Canggu and is 5 min. walking to Nelayan beach. Also, it is so close to so many restaurants, cafes, gyms, laundry, and souvenir shops as well. If I ever come back to Canggu, I will definitely be booking this place again!"
