“I booked this hotel for three nights to celebrate my husband birthday. The staff surprised my husband with a birthday cake .Every employee in this hotel is full of smiles, the service is very attentive. The food in the restaurant is also very good. The room I chose is Ocean View Luxury Room. It’s beautiful! Subsequently I went to Lombok for three nights, staying in The Oberoi Beach Lombok and came back to this hotel again for one night. I was very pleased that the hotel upgraded us to stay in……

“We stay only one nite here and this is also our last nite in Bali. We're very happy with this choice. View is good, food is good, room and facilities are good. Just a little walk to seminyak center. Love to have music all around the room.”

“It’s our honeymoon and I informed hotel in advance however I didnt see them working on any of giving surprise or service to make it a honeymoony stay. Lagoon is dirty. Leaves are sinking under the water and no one cleans. Despite of it, hotel staff are very nice and helpful. ”
