Die Fotos entsprechen des Villas. Nur die Information über die sehr beschränkte Zugänglichkeit zum Villa fehlt von der Angabe und es gab eine Maus im Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss.Warmwasser war für eine Nacht nicht vorhanden.Wir haben reklamiert und die Besitzerin, Junice, hat uns eine faire Rückerstattung gemacht.

Beautiful villa with awesome staff!

We had an amazing stay at Junice’s villa for our 3 days in Ubud. Her staff, Mega and Madiana, were very welcoming, accommodating and always quick to answer any of our questions. Madiana was there to greet and walked us through the entire villa even though we had a fairly late check-in. Since it was raining really hard when we were there, the road was temporarily closed and not car-accessible so Madiana had to pick us up on his scooter to go from the main road to the villa. And he showed up on time everyday we needed a ride even though our schedule was crazy (5am - 8pm). Madiana also gave us lots of good recommendations on local, unique places we can visit and he even brought his own iron to let me borrow when the villa didn’t have one. His brother, Mega, always checked in on us to make sure our stays were comfortable. Furthermore, the villa’s location was just what I wanted - close enough to central Ubud but far enough to rewind and be surrounded by nature after a long day of activities. All the amenities were available, including water filter machine, with extra blankets and pillows. The pool was really well-maintained and everything was nicely decorated! As the host, Junice did an excellent job informing me of her staff and how she is always there for support. I’ve stayed in many properties across the world but this villa in Ubud has become one of the most memorable ones, from the staff to the property itself. I’d definitely be back here again the next time I’m in Ubud!
