Lovely villas with beautiful surroundings

A beautiful hotel with very courteous staff. Villa was lovely we didnt find the outdoor furniture very comfortable. Gorgeous bathroom fab bath and shower. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast was lovely. Had evening meal didnt rate it. But restaurant 2 minutes walk away was fabulous. Very close to waterfall and paddy fields. Approx 20 minutes from Ubud in the countryside so was quiet peaceful and a small cost for a driver into Ubud. The grounds of the area are beautiful too

I found a dirty used towel after checking into my room. The whole property has seen better days (in the 2000s?). Once you feel disgusted, you see all the brown patches on walls and pillows. I complained, but did not feel understood. We left after the first night, despite we paid for 5. No refund. It is ridiculous for the price, and I do not understand why expedia.com lists this property. Do not go there.

The villa had a private pool which is probably the only perk. The villa had countless mosquitos and other bugs. The mosquito net has holes all over it and you still get numerous bites by noting. The villa is poorly lit and the toilet is outdoors where you can be sure to be watched or attacked by bugs. The villa is also in the middle of nowhere, advertised as Ubud but anything but. It takes 30 minutes by cab to make it to Ubud. You cannot walk as the surrounding roads are very steep hills with no lighting whatsoever.

Honestly, it was a little disappoitment compare to other bookings: we stayed here for 6 nights in the 2 bedroom villa. Breakfast: long waiting time for the food, one day even more than 1 hour! After complaing on the recepction, we received advise to book the breakfast one day before on the exact time e.g. 9am., but still I missed some good time management. Hot water: we had trouble with hot water in both rooms, after few minutes we had only lukewarm water. Equipment: some of the furniture needs to be renewed

Bonne expérience au sein des rizières

Le premier jour, nous sommes arrivés tard, et le conducteur qui nous avait pris en charge à l'aéroport de Denpasar, un salarié de l'hôtel, nous a gentiment offert un sandwich chacun car nous n'avions pas mangé. Le SPA de l'hôtel a été aussi une super expérience que nous recommandons : détente absolue à l'issue du massage. La piscine privative et Alexa (Amazon) dans la chambre étaient un plus appréciable. De façon générale, cet hôtel veut satisfaire ses clients. Petit bemol sur le nettoyage de la chambre, souvent incomplet. Mais l'expérience reste très bonne. Hotel dans les rizières, proche d'Ubud et de sa forêt de singes et d'activités de rafting. Attention pour les activités : choisir un hôtel dans la même zone car le traffic à Bali est très loin d'être fluide...

Hôtel au milieu des rizières et au calme. L’accueil est parfait. La villa sur 2 étages est luxueuse et magnifique au dessus d’une rizière. La piscine est superbe Par contre quelques remarques concernant le logement: la salle de bain du bas était inondée après chaque douche et la salle de bain du haut était directement ouverte sur l’extérieur ce qui à la base n’était pas voulu (absence de porte). L’hôtel a aussi un bon service de taxi.

1回目は2019年、2回目2024年に訪れました。 1回目の時はすごーくすごく印象がよくて、どこもお花が飾られていて、花の香りで毎日心が癒されてましたがそれが無くなっていました。 あと、すべてお金。前までだとプールに浮き輪があったり、街まで行くシャトルが無料であったりしましたが、それも無くなってました。 ドライバーの方が、マネージャーが変わったから色々ホテルも変わったんだよ。と説明がありましたが、残念な方に変わった気がします。 しかしその中でも、私のwhat'supが使えなくなったからInstagramで個人的にやり取りをして下さった2人のフロントの女性にはすごく感謝しています。ありがとうございました(^^)

위치가 너무 안좋아요

일단 위치가 너무 안좋아요. 우붓 시내와 거리가 25~30분정도 걸리는데 무료 셔틀도 아닌 유료 셔틀을 타고 왔다갔다 해야되는 점이 가장 치명적인 단점입니다. 왕복 3만원 가까이 하는 거리를 왕복하면 시간도 1시간 소요되서 힘들어요. 풀빌라 이용하기만을 원하는 사람은 좋습니다. 그러나 우붓이나 다른 관광지를 방문하고자 하는 분들한테는 절대 비추입니다.

Paid in full by mistake, no refund from hotel

By mistake we have booked the wrong month for this hotel (June instead of July) and they refused to cancel, move the booking or give us any refund even when we offer to make another booking for the correct date. We understand that policy’s are there for us all to adhere, nevertheless for a mistake so small like this we feel the hotel management has been very unkind.

とても良い思い出となりました

ウブドの中心地から20〜30分の場所にあり、更に街通りから離れた場所にあるので、田舎の雰囲気が味わえてとても癒される立地でした。 ヴィラ自体もプライベート感満載で素晴らしいのですが、 何よりもスタッフの方達のおもてなしに感動しました。 一人一人の笑顔が忘れられない滞在となりました。 ただ 日本語は通じませんので、最低限の英会話は必要とされます。 朝食も美味しく それ以外の レストランの食事も高価ではなく、滞在中何度か利用しました。 バリ旅行で最大の思い出となりました。

Me and my partner were very disappointed with this place. We expected it to be the same as they advertised it to be. We got there And it was a shock. The villa was so very uncomfortable and we didn’t feel clean at all. The staff were nice. The location of the place was horrible and way to far from everything. They notified us while we were booking that we had a view of the rice fields and we did not have no view of anything other then construction workers. We had to order room service because their was nothing around us, the room service wasn’t the best for its price but whatever. I do not recommend this places what’s so ever. Like I said we are very disappointed and will not being returning ever again. It’s very sad when one advertises a place and when you get there it’s not what you imagined. This location was part of our honeymoon and we did not feel like it was our honeymoon. We didn’t even go into the private pool because it was dirty and we were disgusted. Very very upsetting.

Dedary Kriyamaha on le recommande

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans ce superbe hôtel il est en retrait pas rapport à denpasar la capitale. Mais c’est très joli en hauteur juste à côté des rizieres. La ville de ubud n’est pas loin de l’hôtel en voiture c’est très joli. Le personnel de l’hôtel nous accueille avec un grand sourire très gentil toujours près à rendre service. La villa que nous avons eu était superbe jolie confortable parfais!!! Et le restaurant de l’hôtel fait une excellente cuisine.
