We had a relaxed stay and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was great and the outdoor area was lovely. Some of the photos do not reflect the true condition of the property. Everything needs a coat of paint and varnish. Overall our visit was great. A central location with great walks to the local rice fields. Restaurants and local places to eat are close by the accommodation.

I liked the location it was easy to walk to the centre of ubud from the destination. The workers We are very kind and friendly. however The pool wasn’t very clean and my skin reacted to the chemicals in the pool. There was a rotting floor board next to the bed .the air-conditioner Did not work sufficiently. And the hot water only seem to be hot in the afternoons not the mornings.

The photos do not accurately represent the property. Although a great central location it is overpriced for a rundown property where the roof leaks, water comes out of light sockets, water stops coming through in the bathroom and there is mould in the floors, furnishings and walls. Overall a total disappointment and will never stay there again

The location was amazing The property needs a lot of TLC. Aircon needs attention Linen and Towels were desirable. All around it’s a property that has aged and needs attention The staff was lovely!

Great and accommodating staff, villa is only ok, bathroom reeks, i suspect because of the platic roof thats not cleaned and moss in the bathroom itself. The smell is faint but seeped into the villa as well.

Elä mene tänne!

Vanha, kulunut, hoitamaton. Ovenkahvat rikki. Kahvi tulee ilman maitoa. Kun tilasimme aamupalan klo 9. Se tuli klo 6. Aamupala täytyy tilata joka päiväksi edellisenä päivänä. Sitä ei voinut sopia sisäänkirjautuessa kaikille päiville! Otökkää on! Isompaa ja pienempää. Olimme varanneet kolme yötä. Lähdimme kahden yön jälkeen. En todellakaan voi suositella!

This was a really nice property. I loved the the room was so large with it's own pool and stone bathtub. The wall behind the pool needs a good cleaning because it was very dirty and discolored. Also, the property doesn't have a restaurant which I didn't realize before booking so that was a huge bummer. No continental breakfast or food option like every other hotel I stayed at.
