"This property is very clean & beautiful. We stayed in the Seraya villa which was very private with a gorgeous jungle view. The pool & patio area were great! The staff was very accommodating & we had a yummy breakfast delivered to our villa. The gym was nice with the jungle view. There is nothing within walking distance so you will need to hire a driver. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay. "

"Villa is stunning but in a very remote village about 15mins by car from central ubud. The villa staff had very little english so you will need google translate for effective communication. Stock up on supplies beforehand as access in the village is limited. There are no taxis in ubud and the inclines are steep and uneven underfoot so walking is adventurous. "I stayed here with my partner, and we loved this place so much that next time we come back we want to stay here again!! The staff were amazing, very accommodating, very very nice, they carried my bag all the way to the room as soon as we got there. The customer service was just really really good! We went to the buffet breakfast every morning and it was really good food, a mix of noodles, eggs, sausages, cereal, croissants , fruit etc. you eat breakfast upstairs that look over the pool, perfect for some photos. Also has dinner here one night and exceptional service for that as well. Also if you want to order drinks or lunch, you can enjoy it while lounging by the pool. Also, the location is in a good place, in the city, but on a quieter road, still within walking distance to heaps of food places, all the markets, the water temple."
