The suites are gorgeous and thoughtfully designed, with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The in-room jacuzzi was pure perfection — such a luxurious touch that made our stay feel extra special. The staff were amazing, so warm and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. And the infinity pool… simply stunning. The perfect place to unwind and soak up the beautiful surroundings. Bus to beach - also a thoughtful and helpful touch. "Prama is very large . Far from the actual Sanur area that everyone is familiar with ,Deluxe rooms are very average for the Word Deluxe . Breakfast was ok , but the Same everyday . No change . But the Staff are great!! "

"Staff went above and beyond all the time !! Food was great and lots of places to eat. Pools are very nice. Very expensive for anything on the resort. There was minimum spends just to sit at the pool which deters a lot of people. Minimum spends when going to eat in restaurants too. We will not stay here again due to the minimum spends at pool and restaurants. Beach is not useable at all, it is so dirty."
