Really nice place, great location just a short 5 minute walk from the main street in Ubud and a convenient road to get taxis etc. The villa is really clean and nice with an attentive concierge who changes towels and cleans outside area once a day. Would 100% reccomend, we had a late check in and they accomodated

Room was great but pool was ice cold and villa was down long unlit laneway a bit out of main area. Location felt remote. As a single female I felt uncomfortable walking down laneway at night. Car couldn't get down laneway either so not ideal if have lots of luggage. Parts of laneway not paved.
