We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa on the bottom of this 3-tiered property. The first tier had the family villa, the 2nd appeared to have a single villa without pool and ours was the most secluded. Absolutely well-maintained. Ni Made, the owner, said they started offering their additional villas to vacationers within the last 4 years so it's new. Beautiful design and little details. Amazing stay!

Endroit exceptionnel!! nous avons prolongé notre séjour tellement nous étions bien pas la peine de chercher ailleurs . Le personnel au top l' accueil et l'écoute, le petit téléphone portable mis a dispo pour appeler si besoin de service.La proximité avec le centre ville. Seul petit bémol, le wi-fi qui est inexistant dans les villas du bas. Nous avions deux villas séparées avec piscine privée idéal pour une famille avec ados comme nous .

Fabulous and peaceful

Amazing. Our villas were stunning. Staff were amazing - very friendly and helpful ... nothing was too much trouble. We were quite a bitout of Ubud but they have a transfer service to and from Ubud which was brilliant. Only negative- our villas were down around 40 stairs and very difficult for both my mum (elderly and disabled ) and my daughter (on crutches at present). The staff did help them as much as they could. The owner did say that he would have happily changed us for 3 bed villa but he had guests staying and couldn't move them. Completely understandable. Would def recommend this place for q just stays.

Comfortable modern villa

We enjoyed a comfortable stay at rumah bakti. Guru helped us tremendously before and during our stay, and was only a phone call away if we needed anything. The villa is spacious and modern, and the infinity pool was very clean. Thanks Guru for a great stay. Regards Aaron and family.

Perfect villa

First of all, people there are very friendly and kind. They all welcomed us with big smile and I soon felt like home. Whenever I have a problem or question, they soon accommodated requests from us. Rooms are spacious and pretty with nice furniture. Tropical trees and flowers were everywhere and we enjoyed looking at them, which you would not be able to experience in Kuta.

L hotel est un peu perdu nul par le taxi a eu de la difficulté s trouver lendroit. A notre arrivé un gars nous remet un telephone et nous avise quil ne parle pas anglais et dapeller guru , nous demande nos passport ... nayez pas peur il sont tres gentil ! Le petit dejeuner est ordinaire mais pour le prix de lhotel cest bien ! Il y a seulement 1 pisicne qui vien avec la villa deluxe mais guru est flexible et nous a laisser se baigner dedans ! C est tres isolé les vila et on y touve un petit havre de paix parfsit pour un cours sejours pour visiter ubud !! LE POINT ULTRA POSITIF cest le service de navette grstuit dans ubud ! Ils sont tres serviable

Beautiful home.

Beautiful home. Our three youngs boys and my husband and I loved the space, the pool, the views from the pool, the beds were comfortable, and the big screen TV. The staff we met were lovely (gardener and cleaner) and the manger guru (the only person who spoke English) was helpful, however, we never met him. We were given a phone and we would call him should we need anything I.e. Organise a driver or order breakfast. The accomodation is not where it says it is. It is off the main road, on a very slim dirt road. We struggled a bit at first having to go into town (15min Car ride) as there was no where close by to eat. There is a kitchen and the driver will take you to the supermarket and kindly wait for you,however, the kitchen equipment is very limited. But, after getting over feeling guilty for making the driver go out and in to town we settled in and saw it as our hideaway. If you have your own transport and know your way around and don't have three boys saying "I'm hungry"all the time, it's perfect.

Superbe !

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans la villa 3 chambres avec piscine privée à 4. La villa est très jolie, conforme aux photos, excentrée ce qui permet d'être au calme tout en pouvant profiter du centre ville puisque Nyomann nous conduit quand on le souhaite dans un périmètre de 4 km. Le plus de cette villa est sans aucun doute le staff qui est très gentil et avenant. Toujours prêt à rendre service et permettre que votre séjour soit le mieux possible. Guru organise les visites et s'occupe de tout (chauffeur, guide, ...) même pour le reste de votre voyage (après avoir quitté la villa). Il prend soin de ses clients (j'ai été malade et il m'a rapporté des jus de goyave et des médicaments). On vous fait également votre lessive si vous le voulez. Le petit déjeuner est simple et bon, servi sous la pergola à l'heure que l'on désire. La piscine est très agréable, surtout après une journée de visite. Je recommande cette villa dans laquelle nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour aux contacts des locaux. Nous gardons de beaux souvenirs des échanges avec le personnel et les habitants aux alentours. Si vous cherchez un endroit vrai, au contact des gens et moins touristique, moins impersonnel qu'un hôtel, n'hésitez pas.

Perfekt sted at holde ferie

Dette sted er helt fantastisk. Beliggenheden er skøn, væk fra Ubuds larmende centrum og alligevel let at komme dertil med stedets gratis taxi-service. Det er en virkelig flot og charmerende villa og servicen er helt i top. Vi blev med et smil givet den bedste service og kom tæt på den baliseniske hverdag. Blev vist rundt i rismarker af udlejer. Dette sted kan ikke anbefales nok.

先ず申し上げたいのは、エクスぺディア資料の地図が全く間違ってます。 近々にワルンハナとゆうレストラン傍にひょうきされてまして、ハナに通うのを楽しみにしてましたが、実際は、通りも地域も違ったヘンピそのものやったんですね。チェディウブドを通過してまだまだ南下した地でした。注意！ ホテルは、スタッフが誠心誠意のおもてなしをしようとする、温かな気遣いが嬉しいでした。 たった３室しかありませんから、ゲストを把握しての対応が成せるわけですが、バリの人ならではのことでした。滞在中は携帯を渡され、困った時は、日本語の出来るマネージャーに連絡できるシステムでした。 車の送迎はゲストのリクエスト通りに動いてくださいます。 レストランもないため、朝食も近所のおばさんの手料理で　全く美味しくありません。
