“Stayed at The Menzel for 3 nights in total — one night in the basic room and two nights in the Garden Private Plunge Pool room. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We were given vouchers for lunch, wine, and dinner, and since we were hungry after arriving, we decided to eat there that evening. I had the crispy duck and honestly, it was one of the best meals I’ve had.

“It's a beautiful tranquil escape from the busy city traffic and at the same time it's steps away from said city and shops when you're ready to venture out. Staff are extremely courteous and helpful. They made special decorative arrangements knowing we were staying there for our wedding anniversary. On mornings when we had 2am and 4am wakeup calls for our excursions they prepared breakfast boxes and had them for us as we passed reception on way out.
We stayed in the villa with private pool.……

“Amazing from check in to check out. Such an amazing, loving, friendly staff. I woild recommend this place everytime. It was hard to leave. I really enjoyed my stay here. They made my birthday very special. The FLOWER POOL was PERFECT!!!!!! The only thing was getting food late night the Gojek kept canceling on me. That was annoying. Other than that,10 minutes away from the center. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! Loved this place ❤️ ”

“Wir waren 4 Tage dort . Das personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage und die Zimmer waren sehr schön gepflegt. Die Lage für uns Top. Monkey forrest, Waterpalace sowe diverse Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar.
Frühstück gab es als Menü in der Villa, es war sogar möglich es im Pool zu essen.
Leider kein Safe. Würde es wieder buchen.”
