Best hotel I've stayed at in Udon Thani....my room was spaious, clean, modern and extremely comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly, happy, helpful and speak good English. I highly recommend staying here.

Nice, clean, new hotel-excellent! Great breakfast! Excellent bed. Room is a little small but ok for a one night stay. Nice bathroom except the shower leaked out onto the floor-VERY Slippery!

Pillows and king bed were very comfortable. Pool and deck were nice. Towels and bedding clean and nice. Need more hangers, water, creamer. Smell from toilet drain on the last two days of our stay. Daily clean finger marks from elevator buttons and clean sides before entering elevators.

there was no remark, iff teen dont sleep with unin douple bed, you have to pay much more, for additional extra bed. 1.000 thb. each night.nto much, i think. so iff i get asked, when i book, how old is thebchild. and i make mark: 12 years. so need show, must pay for seperate bed. i was realy disapointet, about the high extra charge. service by the way, was great.

The ultimate base for exploring Udon Thani

Everything about this hotel is 1st Class. It starts with the friendly carpark security staff, and then follows on to the reception staff. The welcome drink was a nice touch after travelling two different flights to arrive in Udon Thani. The housekeeping was first class, and finally but not forgotten the restaurant. The chefs and wait staff during the buffet breakfast made everyone feel welcomed. I appreciated being looked after by the staff, and the buffet breakfast selection was fantastic!!! I’ll be back again next year, as both the city of Udon Thani has plenty to do and see, and the hotel is located in a nice quiet part, ensuring you get a great nights sleep. The beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was hot and strong, something you appreciate when on vacation. Keep up the great work!!! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends, as I’m sure visitors would be extremely happy with the amenities and staff. Until we meet again, it’s bye for now😊😊🙏

After driving 6 hours from 10am to 4pm, from Buriram Province to Udon Thani, we checked in this hotel then drove another hour to take our adult son to Nong Kai. On return at 6pm we were very hungry for a nice dinner and wine in the hotel restaurant but were denied entry by staff. My Thai wife and I were told by staff in Thai that the restaurant was reserved. The bar had only a few people who were drinking, not eating, and the restaurant just a few customers. We were devastated after paying $AUD545 (over 12,000THB) for 1 night in the 2 bedroom Presidential Suite as VIP guests but denied a restaurant table even though they were advertising a superb menu. So, we had to get a cheap meal at a nearby street takeaway café. We noticed at 6pm about 4 customers in the hotel restaurant, at 6:30pm only 5 people, and at 7:45pm only 5 people. Almost an empty restaurant, with enough room for 50 customers. We were very angry so retired to our room at 8pm. We did not sleep well nor use much in our room. The wifi did not work for us after trying many times, and the shower next morning went hot, cold, hot, cold. We left next morning unhappy and early, for another 6 hour drive back to Buriram Province. I am farang and my wife is Thai and we have stayed in very many 4 and 5 star hotels all over Thailand the past 12 years, and never experienced this at any of them. Even though the hotel is extremely beautiful and luxurious, as was our room, we were left with very bad memories of our stay.
