Although we didn’t use the sauna or the rental car, the apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and very well located, making it easy to get around Asakusa. What truly stood out was how amazing the staff were. They were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. "Once we finally found the place (map directions on Expedia are incorrect), we did not have a code to get in. I think the code should have been sent prior to our arrival. We contacted the property and had major language barrier, took 20 min on the phone using google translate but we finally got the code to enter."

"We booked this hotel for 9 nights in total. In short, we enjoyed every bit of our stay for many reasons - the responsiveness of communication; easy access (e.g. self check-in, hotel rules & user guide info); cleanliness; location of the hotel (not to mention that million dollar view!) and everything one would look for in a 2 bedroom apartment hotel in Tokyo. The only downside is, it does not have an elevator so if you travel with many luggage climbing up 5th floor on stairs could be challenging....
