“房間乾淨,內有膠囊咖啡可以喝,住的樓層有冰塊機,飲水機,跟販賣機,飯店對面就是京都車站(八條口),旁邊就一棟AEON MALL.唯一美中不足就是沒有自助洗衣機”

“酒店在機場巴士站附近，方便帶住老人家、小孩子的家庭。 距離京都車站也很近，到京都附近地方玩也很方便。週邊食肆也有多選擇。 看中這間酒店有大浴場同自助早餐。浴場不大，没有露天浴池，對有要求人士或未能滿足。早餐種類有待改進。另外有免費咖啡茶供應。 洗衣乾衣設施非常短缺，等上半日也用不到。主要原因是洗衣乾衣也用同一部機，洗衣時間很快，只需半個小時，但乾衣時間很長，要2個小時，或更耐。以致每人用洗衣乾衣設施起碼用上2個半小時或3個小時。建議洗衣機、乾衣機分開，節省等候時間”
