"The house was great and in perfect condition. Great location as it is 3 min from the Inari shrine and close to the train station which is always helpful. Nothing to complain about except 1 thing: there was no pool table as shown on the photos and we were not told about it. The guy who gave us the keys told us it is being fixed, which is fine but we would have prefered to know beforehand as we were very excited about it. "

"We really enjoyed staying in a real house in a real neighborhood for our trip to Kyoto. There was plenty of room for our small family, and we felt we had a more authentic visit to this beautiful city. A couple things to note for those who read reviews is that the stairs to the bedrooms are very steep and narrow, and I worried for my husband navigating them in the dark at night. "Great hotel, our stay was very comfortable! Was able to do laundry during our stay. The ice machine on the 4th floor was so helpful and we were on the 18th floor which had the water dispenser , so every morning, we were able to fill up our water bottles before a day of adventure! Room was small but we managed. We were 2 adults and 2 young children. The buffet was amazing!! They had a “premium” coffee machine that was delicious! Also walking distance to Shin-Osaka station which has the JR lines and Shinkansen, super convenient ! "

"Loved this hotel. Bed was comfortable. Room was a good size, was soundproof and had a blackout blind. Slept brilliantly every night. Heating was good during the cold weather. The private baths were a bonus which I made good use of to ease my aching feet each night. Great that you can check how crowded it is from your room, who knew midnight was a popular time! Handy to have the family mart connected to hotel and aa starbucks next door. Note, it is a bit far out if you like any nightlife but the buses are very easy to get to other areas of the city. "
