「The house was amazing. Very warm, convenient location to relax in the city. I would recommend. As other reviewers said, there is a motion detector light going off many times at night and you can hear a bit the cars in the night passing, but that was not a problem for us at all. Would definitely rebook.」

「This machiya townhouse is very close to some of the must-see spots, including Kiyomizudera, Gion geisha district, and the incredible Nishiki Shotengai. There are lots of LUUP bike/scooter pickup/dropoff zones in the area to make getting around super easy. The train stations are nearby, and it's easy to get to Arashiyama as well.The room itself was perfect for two adults. It's charming and cozy, and the water pressure in very good.
