Given Kyiv is still facing Russian airstrikes, the hotel has a comfortable and very safe shelter in tbe basement and staff who arrive with tea and cookies. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey.」

「pros:looks new. clean and mordern. staff is helpful. close to old town and everything while away from the noises. bed is comfortable cons: while i appreciate free coffee and bottled water in the lobby, it would be perfect to have kettle and fridge in-room. toilet ground is wet after shower because there is leakage from the shower cubicle. 」
