“ After 3 weeks of backpacking I got to Ukulhas, and I'm very glad that I chosed Beach Residence for my stay. I was greeted at the ferry by Afaaq and soon I started feling the relaxed Maldivian way of life. The guesthouse is just in front of the sea and it has a few rooms, which gives more serenty to the place There are few options for breakfast, but I keep having the great Maldivian dishes they would prepare in the morning. I've very good memories of Beach residence and the people that did……

“Ukulhas syrjäinen, paikallinen saari. Aamiainen toimitettuna hotellille ei aina toiminut. Ei omaa keittiötä. Ystävällistä ja miellytävää palvelua suurimmalta osalta henkilökuntaa. Siisteydestä voisi pitää huoneissa parempaa huolta sekä pyyhkeiden vaihtamisesta. Pyydettäessä onnistui. Ihanan lähellä rantaa, joka oli pitkä ja rauhallinen. Täydellinen rentoutumiseen. Ei matkamuistomyymälöitä ja kauppojen valikoima muutenkin melko suppea, jopa paikallisia ajatellen.”

“Avevamo prenotato tramite Expedia in questo hotel ma una volta messi in contatto con la struttura ci hanno detto che erano in overbooking per cui ci hanno riprotetto al Island Home Ukulhas senza costi aggiuntivi. Ci hanno dato una gran bella stanza allo stesso costo. All’island siamo invece stati per le cene e i pranzi... grande professionalità e cortesia dei titolari. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo piatti davvero ben fatti !! Complimenti allo staff!”

“Una excelente atención personal. Siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Todo muy fácil con fazel el dueño. Resolvió todas mis dudas, aunque no habláramos bien inglés. Una pena que no supiéramos inglés para compartir más cosas. Y akram muy amigable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La única pega y no es del establecimiento, es la suciedad en la playa, que afea el paraíso que es ukuhlas”
