Located within the Mollymook Sands complex, guests have access to a range of facilities designed to both invigorate and unwind — including a shared swimming pool, BBQ area, and tennis court. Whether you are lazing poolside or enjoying a game before dinner, there is something here for everyone.

Keen golfers will appreciate the close proximity to both of Mollymook’s highly regarded golf courses — the 18-hole championship Hilltop Golf Course and the 9-hole beachfront course — each within a 10-minute drive.

In the mornings, wander down to Bannisters’ famous coffee cart and soak up the salty breeze. Later, savour cocktails and coastal fare at Bannisters Pavilion Rooftop Bar & Grill, or indulge in bold, Asian-inspired flavours at Gwylo — both just a short stroll away.

Please note:
- The garage is quite narrow and has a low clearance, best suited for small vehicles or use as storage.
- Please do not book if you are a party, hens/bucks or school leavers group. These types of bookings will be cancelled.
- Linen and towels are included, but please be sure to pack your own beach and pool towels.
- Guests are also required to bring their own tennis rackets and tennis balls.
