"The Studio" at "The Boathouse Narrawallee"
“The Studio", at “The Boathouse Narrawallee", is a spacious, ground floor one bedroom apartment with separate entry. It has a separate bedroom & living area plus large bathroom, separate toilet and laundry.
It is only 50 metres to Narrawallee Inlet and 200 metres to the surf beach. The inlet with boat ramp and shallow beach area is ideal for kayaking & paddle boarding. A cafe is currently open near the playground too.
The Surrounding Area
Narrawallee is a quiet little hamlet, nestled between Milton and Mollymook.
Only 5 minutes drive to Mollymook Village with shops, cafes and restaurants. Takeaway, groceries and newspapers available too.
Milton is a gorgeous village with quirky little shops, great cafes and restaurants. Perfect for a morning or afternoon browse, combined with lunch or dinner, and coffee or a cuppa in between.
Ulladulla has most of the big shops and facilities and is known for it's fresh seafood . Just a 5 minute drive inland is Cupitt's Winery which is perfect for a day out.
The Studio
The latest addition is a separate queen bedroom with built in wardrobe. The living room consists of a 2 seater leather lounge, Smart TV, a single day bed plus small round dining table and chairs for 3. There is a separate toilet. Shower room and laundry includes bar fridge and microwave plus kettle, toaster and other kitchenette utensils.
Bed and bath linen is provided, including the bed made with freshly ironed sheets. Bring your own beach towels. At the entrance to The Studio is a spacious, undercover deck and alfresco eating area with outdoor kitchen including BBQ, separate burner, sink with running hot and cold water plus bar fridge.
Off street parking is available.

Cleanliness and attention to detail was evident in this place. All was provided and the bbq outdoor was fantastic. We had some family come over for lunch it worked out perfect. The location is excellent, a short walk to beach.

Within a stones throw from beach and Narrawallee Inlet .
Actually managed to sleep in most days due to quiet street . The pillows were great ,something that can’t be said for most accommodations.
Hosts were there if needed, but let us have our privacy.
Would recommend.
