「網上評級非常高，感到有點中伏！閘門關上，又沒有門鈴，想打電話搵人，擾攘一陣，職員來開門，仲覺得點解自己唔伸手入閘開門！房間在一樓要行樓梯！房間偏細、沒有景觀可言！有一陣濃濃怪味（事後，我估當地清潔劑/spray…. 因為之間改住另一間，亦有少少類似怪味）早餐6點開始，方便去百內國家公園或join local tour. 」

「We feel so lucky to have stayed at the Loft before and after we did the W trek. Maca is incredibly accommodating and easy to reach. We got to store or our luggage multiple times and Maca took great care of us for giving us many options and recommendations to make our trip easier. The room is spotless clean, bed and linen are very comfortable, and the view is simply jaw dropping. We loved watching the sunsets and hope to come back one day. 」

They made the entire process smooth including the airport to hotel transfer, check in, helping coordinate taxis for us, gave advice for our hiking in Torres del Paine and provided wonderful breakfast and amenities. They truly gave us peace of mind on our trip that we were going to be taken care of! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 」

「Hostel El Refugio had all the comforts of home including a warm hearty breakfast every morning, comfortable beds with fresh linens in a private room, and private bathrooms. My visit was during fall when temps were colder. The hostel was always warm after a day outdoors. The owner Luis was very kind and accommodating, making sure you have everything for a perfect visit. 」
