「This was a wonderful, well-stocked rental very conveniently located for our purposes of visiting a local friend. The property owner checked in number times to assure that we had everything we needed. The home was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this rental.」

The owners were great and allowed us to check in early to avoid the incoming weather. Communication was easier by cell phone than through the app but the responded promptly. 「Our hosts thought of everything we needed! We enjoyed our stay. One thing that is out of their hands though is the street noise of cars 10 feet from the pool. For me I am not used to hearing traffic. For such an expensive stay I wish I had been warned of the stream of cars at my "relaxing" time by the pool.」

「The owner was very pleasant to work with and was available pre, post & during our rental. The home was comfortable for 4 adults to relax and visit. Plenty of towels. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable. The bed in the 2nd bedroom, I was told was not comfortable, but when I checked the bed it seemed soft and quite possibly not supportive for some. The kitchen was fully equipped. We only made breakfast and had everything we needed, the option for drip coffee or Keurig coffee worked out...

「We stayed a long weekend and had everything we needed at this updated historic cottage just blocks from downtown. We used almost every amenity Steve offers including fire pit, his bikes (since you are only 100’ from the bike trail- just dust off and top off tires.). He provides shampoo, conditioner, soap, basic kitchen necessities (salt, pepper and oil) just bring your favorite coffee and groceries. The king bed was very comfy (we always travel with our own pillows) and we watched the basic TV...

「Upon our arrival we were met by Gino. He walked us through and showed us around. Very nice guy. House was well stocked with everything you would need. Pool and hot tub area was clean and bug free. Would definitely stay here again.」

「we were there just a short time giving a baby shower for my granddaughter. There was shrubbery in front that was overgrown and covering a portion of the sidewalk to front door that we had to walk around to unload and load car. Doesn't seem like much but it was an annoyance. We did not have time but anyone staying for a visit would not sit on furniture on front porch as it was pretty rusted. Toilet holder is master bath was broken off and porcelain in masterbath was chipped in several places and...

We were constantly on the move, but all looked forward to getting back to the cottage for good family time together. The place was perfect in every way.
