This property has charm and character but needs a refit. The pictures donot represent the actual condition. It should be a 2 star hotel and the cost was too high for the condition.

Did not give me the room I paid for and refused a refund. Even refused a refund of the difference for lesser grade room that they forced me to stay in. Did not clean the room or make the bed the next day. Staff was condescending and laughing when making a justified complaint. Offered no resolution or compensation. Food was terrible. Pool was dirty. Left accomodation early!! DO NOT STAY HERE!

First of all the checkin time was 3pm but oir room only got ready around 5pm. We were the only couple staying inthe enetire hotel, still they gave us the ugliest looking possible room vth no views wotsoever. Staff were totally confused, and jept asking us if we are sure that we have paid for the room even after showing them the wotif reciept. Rooms were ugly, old full of mosquitos and leeches in the bathroom. We spent only 6 hours inthe room as we couldn’t breathe properly. Wotif should remove this property from thier website.

Resort mit zentraler Lage auf der Südhalbinsel

Resort liegt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße, daher für Ausflüge und Touren guter Ausgangspunkt. Moped konnten organisiert werden und für Fahrten zu den Stränden gut geeignet, da dort auch nicht so viel Verkehr und Straße in Neubauzustand und breit. Alle "Hütten" liegen ruhig im Garten und um den Pool gruppiert, sind gut ausgestattet und sehr nett im Stil möbliert. Das vorwiegend junge Personal ist manchmal etwas überfordert, aber sehr bemüht alle Wünsche raschest zu erfüllen. Abends ist dort nix mehr los, ab 22 Uhr gibts nix mehr. Outdoorkino war auch so gegen 22 Uhr beendet. Schwimmen im nächtlichen Pool aber kein Problem. Zimmerreinigung, insbesondere der halboffenen Badezimmer könnte besser sein, da immer wieder Tierexkremente ( Gecko-Kacke?) auf Bettdecke waren, die nicht ausgetauscht wurden. Auch frische Handtücher nur auf Aufforderung, vor allem für Pool. Wifi- Verbindung in den Zimmern war 3 Tage nicht vorhanden, später doch, aber schlechte Verbindung. Personal war mit der neuen Speisekarte und ihrer Zubereitung zuerst noch überfordert, da anscheinend ein Eigentümerwechsel statt gefunden hat und alles Thailändisch orientiert war. Aber es schmeckte alles sehr gut, war reichhaltig und nett angerichtet. Service war ungelernt, Rezeptionist war "boy für alles" und extrem liebenswert ( Danke an Christian !) und bemüht, alles zu organisieren. ab 2 Uhr, manchmal schon früher, starten die Nachbarhähne ihr Kickeriki, aber das war überall in Bali so. Empfehle ich gerne weiter

Mysigt hotell

Mysigt hotell med en underbar trädgård! Perfekt läge i Uluwatu om man har en scooter (finns att hyra på hotellet). Underbar personal som verkligen gjorde sitt bästa för att vi skulle få en fin vistelse :)

Serviço em geral confuso. Não havia papel higiênico no quarto e mesmo após solicitar por tres vezes, tive que retirar pessoalmente. No check-out, me cobraram a estadia que já estava paga (informei isso no chek-in) e tive um pequeno estresse porque o taxi já nos aguardava para nos levar ao aeroporto enquanto eu procurava no meu e-mail o comprovante de pagamento.No final, percebi que eles estavam com uma folha do Expedia sendo que havia reservado pelo Hoteis.com. O vizinho do hotel é um templo que emite som por auto-falante de cânticos e falas logo cedo o que incomoda bastante se o hóspede quiser dormir mais um tanto (no domingo começou às 7:00). O banheiro é "sui generis": parte dele é aberta com um pé de maracujá fazendo a cobertura, justamente onde está o chuveiro, ou seja, se estiver chovendo o hóspede toma um misto de banho de chuva e chuveiro. Sem contar que um corredor externo passa atrás desse pé de maracujá e pode se ouvir as pessoas passando e, portanto, elas podem ouvir e até ver o que se passa no banheiro. Muito estranho e não gostamos. A localização é boa e não tivemos dificuldades com deslocamentos. Há um ponto de taxi logo ao lado. Há pouco o que fazer na vizinhança mas não achamos ruim já que o que procuravamos ver sempre pedia algum deslocamento maior. Até o final da estadia não conseguimos conexão adequada do wi-fi no quarto, mas no lobby do hotel foi boa.

Light in the room was very poor, also the bathroom is very nice, but is outside and some night is cold ni Bali which in not the best..

Breakfast took almost an hour despite there being few people in the restaurant. Other guests wete also complaining about the wait. Construction work going on in adjacent building from 8am - 10pm. Staff woke us up at 2am by shouting and laughing outside our room, then started Hoovering the room next door! Sound travels straight through as chalets are just made of wood boards. I complained and they stopped hoovering but still made noise.
