「You definitely get what you pay for at this hotel, but it served its purpose well for a quick overnight stop. The staff was great and let me check in early, plus they were kind enough to let me park my motorcycle under the front entrance canopy. The room was a generous size, though the decor and fixtures felt stuck in the '80s. The couch was pretty worn and stained, and the shower handle was loose (though the water pressure made up for it). My heater also blew cold air even set to 78°F, but...

「My adult daughter and I were in the mountains for a family wedding, and loved staying 2 nights at this quiet, country smokehouse-turned-cabin. The living room/art studio has huge windows looking out over a large pond full of water lilies. A peacock and several peahens enjoyed the sunny side porch in the mornings. Another room is full of vintage collectibles and antiques. The bathroom is small and basic, but the kitchenette features a fine Home Comfort oven plus microwave, refrigerator and...

「We enjoyed staying at the house and Janet was quick to respond to questions. The house was incredibly clean and was just like the description online. I'd definitely stay there again the next time I'm in town to visit family.」

「This place was so nice and clean! Brand new appliances and everything you need to have a comfortable stay. It is on the outside of town, but still convenient to a grocery store and Dollar General (both less than10 minutes).」

「This was a wonderful, romantic, relaxing place to stay. Loved being in the hot tub with the creek flowing right near the cabin. Very clean and had all the amenities of home. We thoroughly enjoyed it and the hostess was amazing. We will go back there in the future.」

「Just an absolute treat to stay and Valda and Chucks place, one of the best places we have ever stayed. Just beautiful property well taken care of for you to enjoy. Trails to hike, babbling creek to wade in and open areas to stretch your legs. Everything you could need in the kitchen and homemade ice cream to welcome you on arrival. These host go above and beyond to make your experience at their cabins wonderful. Convenient to lots of great hiking at Rocky Creek State park or head out in the...

「Serene and beautiful property with a lovely creek view and access from the cabin. Fantastic hosts in Chuck and Valda. Feels like you’re in a remote part is the Blue Ridge mountains but it’s surprisingly Close to groceries stores and restaurants if needed. Highly reccomend」

「Plenty of parking for everyone! Clean, comfortable rooms. The outdoor seating areas were great. Host was quick to answer questions.」

「New, clean property. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Cute porch. Loved being able to bring our dog! Conveniently located, approximately 15 minutes to Johnson City, which was fun, toured Appalachian Caverns, played at Tie Breakers. Just fyi- minimal cookware and dishes and no dishwasher.」

「As soon as we walked into this house, we felt at home. It was just as it looked in the photos. Comfy, cozy and what a view! Load-in was easy with only one step up to the porch and then into the house. The kitchen was not large but very workable. Big refrigerator to store everything. We settled in quite nicely. The deck on the main level is where we spent most of the time we were there. Beautiful view, nice and quiet, deck overhang was big enough that we could stay outside during the...

「Loved our stay at the cabin. Easy access to the river, and the cabin was clean and well laid out. It also had lots of small items that you usually forget to bring with you already available in the cabinets. For those who fish, I caught 25 smallmouth bass in the short amount of time that we were there. Will definitely be back in the near future.」

「Enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the cabin and property. Our host was very prompt with any questions I had. Will definitely go back.」

「The Loft is a VERY lovely place to stay. It stays very quiet in there and has everything you need other than food. It's always very clean. The a/c for the unit broke right before my stay but the host put a window a/c in that was more than enough to keep the whole unit cool or even cold if that's how you prefer it. They have wifi and it's very fast. Absolutely recommend staying here if you're considering it!」

「This was a super cute VRBO nestled right in the heart of downtown Erwin! The loft was clean, had everything we needed, and was a seamless check in/out process. We enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back in the future!」

「The creek was perfect to sit by!」
