「Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, the apartment wasn't quite what we expected based on the photos advertised on Expedia, which we felt were misleading. The apartment was darker, smaller and more dated than it appeared online. The road noise from the front bedroom was quite significant, with sirens and garbage trucks throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The air conditioner barely worked and was very loud, and the dishwasher was not working during our stay. The fold-out...

「Great location and apartment, very easy to get into Manhattan, would highly recommended!」

「This was the perfect location for everything my family wanted to do while in the city. Raul was awesome with communication, and it was a comfortable stay. I would totally stay again! Thank you for a great stay!」

「We loved the neighborhood. It felt very safe and so much to eat nearby. It was wonderful for traveling all over the island. The apartment had everything we needed and it all worked great! Only downside we had was the address listed and sent to you is NOT where you are actually staying. They send you the actual address 24 hrs prior to check in. (All the pictures and description is the actual apartment though)」

Our group of four adults appreciated the small thoughtful touches like the host’s willingness to store our bags and communication on property updates such as the installation of a new bed in the spare room. We also liked the toiletries provided as they were high quality. The apartment can be creaky as it is an old unit, and the bathroom was small. Other than that it was a great stay and close to Central Park!」

「Clean apartment in a convenient location, close to the subway and walking distance from lots of attractions. My only nits would be that the shower doesn't drain very well and the walls are a little thin but besides that everything was awesome!」

「The address on the listing is fake while the picture in the listing shows a residential area, the actual location is in a very busy commercial street with a bus stop in front of the building. The access door is between 3 restaurants. Then you have to go up 3 floors on a narrow steep staircase carrying your suitcases. It is also 2 blocks away from a hospital, thus there are sirens night a day. One of the bedrooms has no windows, the other 2 face the street. The larger room has a window that...

「Much larger apartment than expected. Good location in Chelsea. Enjoyed our stay with 2 parents and 4 young adults.」
