“We enjoyed our stay at this Hamilton home. Plenty of room with the downstairs bedroom plus the upstairs attic space that has 5 separate sleeping areas! The home was clean, well decorated and the coffee and bathroom supplies were all well stocked. I will say the upstairs was a bit cold/drafty which could be a problem during the winter so a space heater might be warranted. Also there is no driveway and spots out front on the road are at a premium. I had to illegally park down the street in……

There are so many positives to speak about—quiet and pretty neighborhood, beautiful backyard with plenty of room to play and area to sit, the elegance of every room, the absolute cleanliness everywhere, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture. “Modern decor. Fenced in back yard, garage on property so no need for street parking. Was decorated for the holidays with a Christmas tree in living room & that was an unexpected plus.”

“Very clean, lots of excellent amenities, we were very happy; only thing we would change is we would have preferred cable over Roku as there was a snow storm while we were in town and it was hard to get local weather & news. However, we plan reserving here again!”

It was literally a nine minute Uber ride to uptown in Oxford. We had an amazing weekend and will definitely stay here again. ”

“We stayed at the Henry Jacoby House to celebrate Thanksgiving and my mom’s 90th birthday. It’s a beautiful house—clean, comfortable, and with everything you need. The bunk room is great if you have a bunch of kids, and the field across the street was ideal for those same kids to get some energy out. Zachary also responded quickly to any question. One note: there are a lot of stairs, so if you have anyone with any disabilities, please keep that in mind. ”
