The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which made things feel comfortable right away. The space was nice, clean, and all the amenities worked properly, which we truly appreciated. It was also quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax and unwind. The location is another big plus—conveniently close to shopping and other essentials, which made getting around simple. "My reservation was specifically for a non-smoking room, but upon entering, the room had a very strong odor of cigarette smoke, as if multiple people had smoked inside recently. It was unpleasant and non consistent with what I booked. The following morning, although the scheduled checkout time was 12:00pm, at around 9:14am a staff member named Marie (at least that's the name she gave me) opened my room without knocking. I had just finished showering and was changing when I heard someone opening my door. I immediately told her that she should knock before opening as this was a clear violation of privacy."
