「Very cozy and felt homey. Staff was super helpful and everything was clean and tidy. Parking was convenient and everything was stocked well. Excellent stay.」

「This is a newer property so we were surprised at how poorly it was maintained. Our room was not cleaned well, the shower floor was stained with what looked like grease and oil, the floor trim and walls in the bathroom were poorly repaired and in bad shape. We could not check in at 3 pm and had to wait until roughly 5pm with no offer of a discount or courtesy offer. We will think twice before staying at a Holiday Inn again.」

「Everything was just as expected, nice home, everything was clean and comfy! The only thing we had troubles with was getting there as it states its on S. Chapin rd and its E.Chapin rd which is 17 minutes away but no biggie! Thank you we would do it again! 」

「The pool was out of service, the hot tub was out of service, the pop machine was out of service, the elevator was out of service. The side doors to enter were out of service. Our room was clean and that’s the only positive feedback」

「It was very nice, clean and enjoyable place. Everyone was very helpful. The only thing our bathroom sink was too far back we had to stand on tiptoes to brush our teeth.」
