Jude at front desk was so helpful. Frank and Jean Pierre at the main bar went above and beyond! Cecile and the rest of the staff in the Executive Lounge were an amazing. The apartment is clean, secure, and in a very safe area, with restaurants, amenities, and downtown all within walking distance.
