My entire Trip to Rwanda had me speechless, amazing country , and the stay at NDARU played a great part. On my second night I was so tired from a safari I wanted to do room service , the front desk manager Godfrey came up knocked on my door and told me about the free show with local songs and dancing they were having in hotel. “Rooms were great, staff friendly and helpful with early check-ins/late check outs. Restaurant on site served great food. Free laundry was a bonus as was the table football and the beautiful birds near the outdoor seating area. Only issue was taxis - hotel had a driver but he was really expensive and we had to plan ahead for pick up and drop off”

“Despite me following up several times prior to arrival to ensure everything was in order, hotel staff did not seem to be aware I was coming. Clerk at reception told me I needed to pay immediately and also pay an additional amount for my wife. She was expressing an unusual and strange urgency regarding this while I got my documents out proving to her that I had already paid in full for two guests via Hotels.com. This exchange set the tone and made me uncomfortable. Room was not tidy upon arrival……

“Simple hotel, good for travel and relax at the pool size restaurant. Not too crowded, quiet and comfortable ”

“Clean spaces with polite staff from the gate to the reception, housekeeping and the kitchen. The food is delicious, including the free breakfast; the only thing is the long preparation time of your order from their menu. You will be told that it would only take 40 minutes, but in reality it's more than an hour. Even ordered food at night, it came after one hour and a half. I tried to cancel earlier but the female staff beg me not to do it because the property will charge her of the food price.……
