"Check in and check out process was smooth and easy for it being completely hands off. The room was as advertised. Very beautiful and cozy space. Perfect for a couples getaway. Amenities available to the guests were great - Duluth Coffee is delicious. "

"Our stay was great! Slept well hot water good, pool amazing, sauna wonderful but please but the bucket back in the sauna and post signs in wheee to fill and not use the pool water… please put extra trash bags in rooms as well as the tv guide and a clock radio would be cool thanks. Oh yes and the Bible need to be in the room to please !!! I’ll come back for sure! And recommend more so if I knew all that was coming along. Have a good one. God bless! "
"We loved staying at this hotel with a room overlooking Lake Superior and with all the canal park had to offer. My husband was able to see a ship leave through the aerial vertical lift bridge on the canal. At the brewery next door, there were live cameras monitoring the port entrance, lighthouse and bridge. It was a great stay!"
