「Recently renovated and converted property with large suites, adequately furnished with all basic furniture and kitchen appliances and dishes etc.

「The office check in was strange. Not an office setting.
Little things need attention. Dish towels were rags. Bath mat looked old.
Pieces of drywall sitting in hallways.
Outside premises could use a spruce up.」
