「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「Emergency accommodation only. Stayed for a night after running late on a road trip. The plus side of this hotel: it’s cheap and close to super large Carrefour shopping complex Otherwise: sound insulation non existent- your hear the neighbour walking in the room, the bath cubicle is smaller than in any Japanese hotel and the double bed keeps you cosy. Was good for a night, but would not have stayed longer」

「We had a large room with queen-size bed, the bathroom was massive with a large hand basin but no shelves to put your toiletry bag, so I had to put it outside the bathroom. In my 40+ years of travelling around, it’s the first time a hotel doesn’t offer cups for rinsing teeth, or even for drinking. No hairdryer again, and I only realised after washing my hair after midnight. A room opposite us made squeaky noise every now and then, it was loud enough to wake us up early in the morning.
