"We stayed here last year and thought it was fair for the price, but after our stay this year it has declined significantly and not even worth the price we paid. The room was dirty, although the bedding was clean..we had to clean the chairs and table before we could use them and the sauna floor was un-swept and dirty. Would not recommend staying here."

"The staff is customer focused, and wants to make sure all guest are comfortable. We were there for the blizzard March 16 2026, and they actually made pizza in the evening twice to make sure guests were fed. They left the kitchen breakfast area open all day. They cared more about people than dollars. Very top class move "

"Room was simple but comfy - plenty of space. Staff were friendly as always. Location is great - near NMU and most importantly coffee shops, brew pubs, and restaurants. I used the laundry - which was easy and convenient. 24 hour coffee and cookies much appreciated. Check-in and out were fast and easy."
