“I rarely post reviews. I post maybe one review a year. I do so only when one of two things happens. 1) A business pi$$es me off so bad that I need to vent to recover from their gross incompetence. Or 2) a business far exceeds my expectations. #2 applies with the Roam Inn. I had seen several recommendations on the Upper Peninsula Travel Facebook page and we wanted to spend one night in Munising on our tour of the U.P., so I decided to book a night. Everything was to my expectations except for……

“The hosts went above and beyond to provide amazing service. We received a reach out prior to coming, a tour when we got there and recommendations on where to rent sleds and a list of restaurants to go to dinner. One of us got hurt sledding, and they went above and beyond to help us with that unfortunate period event, which had nothing to do with renting us a room.”
