“This is a great place to stay. The Holiday Motel is a charming place that is immaculately maintained. It's not your standard chain option. The owner, Ron, is incredibly consumer focused. He greeted us when we arrived. We chatted for several minutes and it was clear that he is laser focused on providing an exceptional product and an exceptional service. He also was there when we checked out. He provided some great recommendations to visit along our route, where to have a nice meal, and……

“We did the loop around Lake Michigan. This was the best hotels we stayed at during our whole trip. The price it was affordable and plenty of stuff within short distances, if you needed anything. Gas station, grocery store, restaurants, even a light house. That was pretty darn cool.”

“Anyone looking for a quiet, clean room at a reasonable rate...this place is it. The woman owner takes great pride in her property and it shows. The room was clean to perfection. The bedding appeared new. The bathroom was stocked with shampoo and conditioner packets and soap. The air conditioner was cold, the room was quiet. I never even heard neighbors pull in. The front desk lady was friendly and helpful with ideas of things to do a ways to get there. I would highly recommend this……

“Well, we had a hard time really knowing where to check in. But we figured it out. Its an old Motel. Two floors. I think the ones were were in, were the older ones. Maybe the ones on the other side were nicer. Our room was clean and big. beds are OLD, but were fine for one night. The walk way to our room I felt was a bit sketch. You access the room by a long wooded "deck" covered in green carpet. It definitely needs an inspection. We did not eat breakfast but only because we dont eat breakfast.……

“The first night I was arranged to stay behind the elevator, which made me feel uncomfortable and vibrated. Because it was a standard double room with two beds, it was better for me to sleep in the other bed. Since I had placed two reservations, the girl at the front desk said that I had to move to the room downstairs for the second night. I said it was inconvenient, and she said there was no other way because the room was fully booked. The next day I asked another woman if I could not move to……
